1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Deliver exceptional client service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Develop and maintain a strong client book, fostering both local and international client relationships.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and engage clients with detailed stories of the products.
5. Collaborate with the leadership team to resolve client issues effectively.
6. Support boutique operations, including floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
7. Assist in inventory management and protect boutique assets by adhering to operating procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
2. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
3. Ability to develop strong relationships through excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
