1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
3. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment offering exemplary service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
4. Develop and maintain a robust client book, both locally and internationally, with the ability to recruit and nurture top clients.
5. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
6. Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively.
7. Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
8. Locate merchandise at other boutiques and process charge-send sales according to company guidelines.
9. Manage individual stock assignments, organizing stock on the floor and in the stockroom.
10. Participate in inventory and cycle counts, safeguarding boutique assets.
11. Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise when necessary.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
2. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
3. Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Outstanding customer service skills across various communication channels.
5. Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete business and client-related documentation.
6. Adaptability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

A minimum of 3 years in retail sales and client service, with a preference for experience in luxury consumer goods.

Salary range of $24-$26 per hour, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
