1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.

4. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed stories of the products.
5. Support boutique operations, including floor moves, merchandising, and visual merchandising.
6. Assist in locating merchandise at other boutiques and accurately process charge-send sales.
7. Participate in inventory and cycle counts, ensuring asset protection through adherence to operating procedures.

1. At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.

3. Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems, cash registers, and computers.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail sales and client service, particularly within the luxury sector, is required.
