1. Achieve and surpass individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Foster a client-focused environment by providing exemplary service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Cultivate and expand a local and international client book, recruiting and developing top clients.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and engage clients with detailed stories of the products.
5. Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively, ensuring business benefit.
6. Support boutique operations, including floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
7. Locate merchandise across boutiques for clients and process charge-send sales as per company guidelines.
8. Manage individual stock assignments and participate in inventory counts.
9. Assist in packaging or wrapping customer merchandise when necessary.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.

3. Outstanding customer service skills across various communication channels.
4. Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems and cash registers.
5. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and evolving business trends.

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in retail sales and client service, ideally within the luxury sector.

Salary range of $24-$26 per hour, with bonus eligibility based on skills and experience.
