1. Achieve and surpass individual sales targets and key performance indicators, including individual sales volume, units per transaction, and average transaction value.

4. Develop a portfolio of local and international clients, with the ability to recruit and nurture top clients.

6. Support floor movements, merchandising, visual merchandising, and cleaning tasks as needed.
7. Assist in locating merchandise in other boutiques for clients and process 'charge-send' sales according to company guidelines.
8. Manage individual stock assignments, organizing inventory in the sales floor and internal areas.
9. Participate in all inventories and cycle counts, protecting boutique assets by adhering to operational procedures.
10. Assist in the packaging or wrapping of client merchandise when necessary.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales and customer service, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
2. Strong motivation for achieving business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and branding.
3. Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through effective communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
4. Availability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
5. Willingness to comply with all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
