1. Act as a brand ambassador to deliver a unique and timeless experience to clients.
2. Proactively engage with clients to provide exceptional service and inspire loyalty.
3. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to boutique objectives.
4. Identify client expectations and successfully complete sales transactions.
5. Advise clients across all product categories and engage in cross-selling to maximize sales potential.
6. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent and professional service.
7. Arrange private appointments with clients and provide excellent after-sale service.
8. Maintain the selling space, visual merchandising, and store image to the highest standard.
9. Support back-of-house operations to enhance boutique efficiency.

1. Open to fresh graduates.
2. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the retail industry is preferred.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Exceptional customer service abilities.
3. Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (HSK level 4 and above).
4. Basic computer proficiency.
5. Professional image with strong sales presentation skills.
6. Ability to build rapport with clients.

Open to fresh graduates; previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
