1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
3. Understand and meet daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Advise customers on products and facilitate add-on sales.
5. Deliver an exceptional retail experience to all customers.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
7. Ensure a welcoming and client-focused environment across all communication channels.
8. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
9. Collaborate with management to resolve client issues.
10. Assist with product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
11. Prepare deliveries and ensure proper packaging and wrapping of products.

1. Preferred experience of at least 5 years in fashion and luxury boutiques with Men's Ready-to-Wear.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.
3. Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
