1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise, particularly in the Men's Universe, and engage clients with detailed product stories.
3. Understand and utilize daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
5. Deliver an exceptional retail experience and go the extra mile for customers.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
7. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service.
8. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
9. Resolve client issues in partnership with management to benefit both the business and the client.
10. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
11. Provide feedback on products and supervise product packaging and wrapping.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.
3. Fluency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.
