1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, serving, and advising clients.
2. Cultivate customer loyalty through personalized shopping experiences.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and stay informed about current marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotions.
4. Maximize sales potential through add-on sales and achieving individual and departmental targets.
5. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
6. Stay informed about sales targets and boutique performance on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Adhere to stock management procedures.
8. Support the team in maintaining high standards of housekeeping and display within the boutique.
9. Be proficient with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
10. Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store.
11. Take necessary actions to maximize security and prevent product theft.
12. Ensure departmental operations align with company administration systems to minimize losses.
13. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Previous experience in luxury fashion sales.
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Existing client book (preferred).
4. Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
5. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
6. Fluency in a second language (preferred).

Full-time position with flexibility to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
