- Ensure the highest standards of retail presentation and housekeeping.
- Implement security measures to prevent product theft.
- Ensure departmental operations align with company administration systems to minimize losses.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.
- Previous experience in luxury fashion sales.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and relationship-building.
- Possession of an existing client book is preferred.
- A deep passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
- Strong understanding of fashion and current trends.
- Fluency in a second language is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet targets.
- Comprehensive product knowledge.
