1. Greet, serve, and advise customers, ensuring the highest standard of customer service.
2. Develop customer loyalty by building relationships through a personalized shopping experience.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and stay informed about current advertising, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
4. Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets.
5. Effectively handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
6. Maintain awareness of sales targets and boutique performance on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Adhere to stock management procedures.
8. Support the team in maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and display within the boutique.
9. Be conversant with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
10. Take necessary actions to maximize security and prevent product theft.
11. Ensure the department operates in accordance with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
12. Participate in team meetings and contribute positively.
13. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Previous experience within luxury fashion.
2. An existing client book and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
3. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Fluency in a second language (preferred).
3. A passion for Christian Dior and its collections.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
