1. Provide exemplary customer service by greeting, serving, and advising clients to the highest standard.

3. Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge across all categories, staying informed about current marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotions.
4. Maximize sales potential by introducing add-on sales and meeting individual and departmental targets.
5. Effectively address customer complaints, coordinating with management as needed.
6. Stay informed about sales targets and boutique performance on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Adhere to stock management procedures.
8. Support the team in maintaining impeccable housekeeping and display standards within the boutique.
9. Familiarize with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
10. Ensure the highest standards of retail presentation and housekeeping within the store.
11. Take proactive measures to maximize security and prevent product theft.
12. Ensure departmental operations align with company administration systems to minimize losses.
13. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Previous experience in luxury fashion.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Ability to maintain and grow a client book, fostering long-term client relationships.
3. Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
4. Strong knowledge of fashion and current trends.
5. Fluency in a second language (preferred).

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury fashion is required.
