- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, serving, and advising clients with the highest standards.
- Cultivate customer loyalty through personalized, one-on-one shopping experiences.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and stay informed about current advertising, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
- Introduce add-on sales and strive to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
- Effectively manage customer complaints in collaboration with the line manager.
- Maintain awareness of sales targets and department performance on a daily and weekly basis.
- Adhere to stock management procedures.
- Support the team in maintaining exemplary housekeeping and display standards within the department.
- Familiarize oneself with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store.
- Take necessary actions to maximize security and prevent theft.
- Ensure departmental operations align with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.
- Strong knowledge of Ladies Ready-to-Wear and Leather Goods
- Previous experience within the luxury fashion sector
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Possession of an existing client book and ability to develop long-term client relationships
- Passion for Christian Dior and its collections
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail in maintaining store standards
- Problem-solving skills for handling customer complaints
A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury fashion is required.
