1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, serving, and advising clients with the highest standards.
2. Cultivate customer loyalty through personalized, one-on-one shopping experiences.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and stay informed about current advertising, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
4. Introduce add-on sales and strive to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
5. Effectively manage customer complaints in collaboration with the line manager.
6. Maintain awareness of sales targets and department performance on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Adhere to stock management procedures.
8. Support the team in maintaining exemplary housekeeping and display standards within the department.
9. Familiarize oneself with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
10. Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store.
11. Take necessary actions to maximize security and prevent theft.
12. Ensure departmental operations align with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
13. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Strong knowledge of Ladies Ready-to-Wear and Leather Goods
2. Previous experience within the luxury fashion sector
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
4. Possession of an existing client book and ability to develop long-term client relationships
5. Passion for Christian Dior and its collections
6. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends
