1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and strong product expertise.
2. Engage clients by sharing detailed stories of products and identifying customer expectations.
3. Advise on products and facilitate add-on sales to enhance customer experience.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable retail ceremony for all clients.
5. Manage client relationships by developing a local and international client book.
6. Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team to benefit both the business and the client.
7. Contribute to back-office support, including product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
8. Prepare deliveries and ensure proper packaging and wrapping of products.

1. Preferred experience of at least 5 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.
3. Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are advantageous.
