- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
- Maintain a client-focused environment, delivering exceptional service in-person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Develop and manage a client book, fostering relationships with local and international clients.
- Demonstrate product expertise and engage clients with the stories and details of the products.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to resolve client issues effectively.
- Support boutique operations including merchandising, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Assist in locating merchandise across boutiques and processing charge-send sales.
- Participate in inventory counts and protect boutique assets by adhering to operating procedures.
- Assist with packing or wrapping customer merchandise as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
- Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
- Ability to develop strong relationships through excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capability to provide outstanding customer service across various communication channels.
- Proficiency in reading, counting, and writing to complete business documentation accurately.
- Flexibility to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to operate necessary equipment such as phone systems, cash registers, and computers.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise up to 30 lbs.
- Strong sales acumen and results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in product knowledge and storytelling.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
At least 3 years of experience in retail sales and client service, preferably within the luxury sector.
