3. Develop and engage with customers by building relationships and creating customer profiles.
4. Deliver exceptional after-sales service, including follow-up calls, repairs, and leather spa services to maximize every selling opportunity.
5. Contribute to team efforts in the boutique by supporting store operations, security procedures, cash and stock management, and adhering to visual merchandising and display guidelines.

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or the luxury industry.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
