1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
3. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment, offering exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
4. Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
5. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
6. Collaborate with the leadership team to resolve client issues effectively.
7. Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
8. Assist in locating merchandise at other boutiques and accurately process charge-send sales.
9. Manage individual stock assignments and participate in inventory and cycle counts.
10. Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise when necessary.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
2. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
3. Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

1. Outstanding customer service skills, including in-person, phone, and electronic communication.
2. Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all business and client-related documentation.
3. Adaptability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, and computers.
5. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise, and lift at least 30 lbs.

Minimum of 3 years in retail sales and client service, ideally within the luxury consumer goods sector.
