Christian Dior Sales Associate

- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
- Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment, offering exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
- Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to resolve client issues effectively.
- Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
- Assist in locating merchandise at other boutiques and accurately process charge-send sales.
- Manage individual stock assignments and participate in inventory and cycle counts.
- Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise when necessary.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
- Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
- Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Outstanding customer service skills, including in-person, phone, and electronic communication.
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all business and client-related documentation.
- Adaptability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, and computers.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise, and lift at least 30 lbs.
Minimum of 3 years in retail sales and client service, ideally within the luxury consumer goods sector.
