1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude while driving results.
3. Ensure a welcoming and client-focused environment, offering exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
4. Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
5. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and engage clients with detailed stories of the products.
6. Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively.
7. Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
8. Assist in locating merchandise at other boutiques and accurately process charge-send sales.
9. Participate in inventory and cycle counts, protecting boutique assets by following operating procedures.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.

1. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
2. Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Outstanding customer service skills, including in-person, phone, and electronic communication.
4. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems, cash registers, and computers.

Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
