1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Provide exceptional customer service in-person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Develop and maintain a strong client book, fostering relationships with both local and international clients.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and engage clients with the stories behind the products.
5. Support boutique operations, including merchandising, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
6. Collaborate with the leadership team to resolve client issues effectively.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
2. Strong business acumen with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
3. Ability to build and sustain strong relationships through effective communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
