1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while driving results.
3. Provide exceptional client service in-person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
4. Develop and maintain a robust client book, fostering relationships with local and international clients.
5. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and engage clients with detailed product stories.
6. Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively.
7. Support boutique operations, including merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
8. Locate merchandise for clients and process charge-send sales according to company guidelines.
9. Manage individual stock assignments and participate in inventory counts.
10. Assist with packing or wrapping customer purchases as needed.

1. At least 5 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
2. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
3. Ability to develop strong relationships through effective communication and organizational skills.
4. Outstanding customer service skills across various communication channels.
5. Ability to read, count, and write to complete business and client documentation accurately.
6. Adaptability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. Ability to operate necessary equipment, including phone systems, cash registers, and computers.
9. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs.
10. Commitment to adhering to company policies and standards.
