1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Provide exceptional client service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Develop and maintain a strong client book, fostering relationships with both local and international clients.
4. Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and engage clients with detailed stories of the brand's offerings.
5. Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively and benefit the business.
6. Support boutique operations, including merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
7. Assist in locating merchandise for clients and accurately process charge-send sales.
8. Participate in inventory and cycle counts, ensuring asset protection through adherence to operating procedures.
9. Assist with packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within the luxury consumer goods sector.
2. Strong business acumen with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
3. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and organizational skills.
