- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators, including individual sales volume, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
- Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive attitude, prioritizing teamwork.
- Ensure a welcoming and customer-focused environment, delivering first-class service in-person, over the phone, and through electronic communications.
- Develop a portfolio of local and international clients, with the ability to recruit and nurture top clients.
- Demonstrate a solid knowledge of products, engaging clients through product details and stories.
- Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and cleaning tasks as needed.
- Assist in locating merchandise in other boutiques for clients and process 'charge-send' sales according to company guidelines.
- Manage individual stock assignments, including organizing inventory in the sales floor and back areas.
- Participate in all inventories and cycle counts, and protect boutique assets by adhering to operational procedures.
- Assist in packaging or wrapping client merchandise when necessary.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales and customer service, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
- Strong motivation for achieving business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
- Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with individuals through effective communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Provide excellent customer service, both in-person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Availability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
