1. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators, including individual sales volume, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
2. Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive attitude, prioritizing teamwork.
3. Ensure a welcoming and customer-focused environment, delivering first-class service in-person, over the phone, and through electronic communications.
4. Develop a portfolio of local and international clients, with the ability to recruit and nurture top clients.
5. Demonstrate a solid knowledge of products, engaging clients through product details and stories.
6. Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and cleaning tasks as needed.
7. Assist in locating merchandise in other boutiques for clients and process 'charge-send' sales according to company guidelines.
8. Manage individual stock assignments, including organizing inventory in the sales floor and back areas.
9. Participate in all inventories and cycle counts, and protect boutique assets by adhering to operational procedures.
10. Assist in packaging or wrapping client merchandise when necessary.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales and customer service, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
2. Strong motivation for achieving business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
3. Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with individuals through effective communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
4. Provide excellent customer service, both in-person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
5. Availability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
6. Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
