1. Act as the ultimate ambassador for the Maison, connecting with clients and guiding them through the brand's history, creative directors, codes, products, and new seasonal launches.
2. Build and maintain client loyalty through exceptional service and the ability to understand and meet client needs.
3. Consistently grow sales and expand the client list through effective relationship-building and rapport.
4. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Proficient in building relationships and influencing client brand loyalty.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. High resilience and ability to work under pressure and at pace.
