1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Ensure a client-focused environment by providing exemplary service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
4. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
5. Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively.
6. Support boutique operations, including floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
7. Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and process charge-send sales accurately.
8. Manage individual stock assignments and participate in inventory counts.
9. Assist in packing or wrapping customer merchandise as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
2. Strong drive for business results and a passion for creativity and fashion.
3. Ability to develop strong relationships through effective communication and organizational skills.
4. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Ability to operate necessary equipment, including phone systems and cash registers.

Salary is dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
