1. Achieve and surpass individual sales targets and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Cultivate a client-focused environment, delivering exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through digital communication.
3. Develop and maintain a robust client book, attracting and nurturing top-tier clients both locally and internationally.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, engaging clients with detailed stories and insights about the products.
5. Collaborate with the leadership team to resolve client issues effectively, ensuring business interests are upheld.
6. Support boutique operations including floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
7. Assist in locating merchandise across boutiques and processing charge-send sales according to company guidelines.
8. Manage individual stock assignments and participate in inventory counts to safeguard boutique assets.
9. Provide assistance in packing or wrapping customer purchases as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.

3. Ability to provide outstanding customer service across various communication channels.
4. Proficiency in adjusting priorities and managing time in a fast-paced environment.
5. Capability to operate necessary equipment including phone systems, cash registers, and computers.
