- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including individual sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
- Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment by offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
- Demonstrate strong product expertise, engaging clients through detailed storytelling of products.
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively and benefit the business.
- Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
- Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and accurately process charge-send sales according to company guidelines.
- Manage individual stock assignments, organizing stock on the floor and in the backroom.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts, safeguarding boutique assets by adhering to operating procedures.
- Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise when necessary.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
- Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
- Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through effective communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Proficiency in providing outstanding customer service across various communication channels.
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all business and client-related documentation.
- Adaptability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment, responding to evolving business trends.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, computers, and other office equipment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 lbs.
