1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and strong product expertise.
2. Engage clients with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
3. Understand and meet daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Identify customer expectations and provide tailored product advice and add-on sales.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service and retail ceremony, going the extra mile.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
7. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service across all communication channels.
8. Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
9. Collaborate with management to resolve client issues beneficially for both the business and the client.
10. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates post-sales.
11. Prepare deliveries and ensure quality packaging and wrapping of products.

1. Eligibility for a 'Contrato Formativo para la Obtención de la Práctica Profesional' under Spanish labor law.
2. Preferred experience of at least 1 year in fashion and luxury boutiques.
3. Knowledge of products and selling techniques.

1. Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software.
