1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
3. Understand and utilize daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
4. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and go the extra mile.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
7. Ensure a welcoming and client-focused environment.
8. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
9. Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team.
10. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
11. Prepare deliveries and ensure proper packaging and wrapping.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a degree from a Fashion school.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
