1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
3. Understand and utilize daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
4. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
5. Provide an exceptional retail experience and go the extra mile for customers.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
7. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service.
8. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
9. Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team.
10. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
11. Provide product feedback and supervise packaging and delivery preparations.

1. Preferred experience of at least 5 years in fashion and luxury boutiques, particularly in Women's Ready-to-Wear.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.
3. Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
