Christian Dior Sales Associate — Baby Department

- Deliver exceptional in-store client experiences, greeting, advising and serving customers to the highest luxury retail standards.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through a 1-to-1 personal shopper approach and proactive client outreach.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across babywear and related categories, and remain informed about campaigns, launches and promotions.
- Drive add-on sales and maximise revenue in line with individual and departmental targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to line management when necessary.
- Monitor and report on daily and weekly sales targets and departmental performance.
- Adhere to stock management procedures, including receiving, replenishment and inventory controls.
- Operate selling systems and follow cash, credit and exchange procedures accurately.
- Maintain impeccable housekeeping, visual display and merchandising standards within the department.
- Implement loss-prevention and security measures to protect product and minimise shrinkage.
- Comply with Company administration systems and procedures to safeguard assets and data.
- Contribute positively in team meetings and undertake additional duties as directed by management.
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury fashion retail, ideally in baby/childrenswear or a department store environment.
- Proven ability to recruit new clients and nurture long-term relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong consultative selling ability.
- Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends in baby and childrenswear and genuine passion for the Dior brand and collections.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to client outreach and a commitment to retail excellence.

Minimum three years' experience in luxury fashion retail, with demonstrable success meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service. Experience within department store concessions (Harrods or similar) or luxury childrenswear preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, hospitality or vocational qualifications in sales or fashion are desirable.
