1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a welcoming and client-focused environment.
4. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed knowledge of products.
5. Support boutique operations, including merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
6. Participate in inventory and cycle counts, ensuring accurate stock management.
7. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining the integrity of the boutique.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
2. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
3. Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and organizational skills.
