5. Support boutique operations, including floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
6. Assist in inventory management and protect boutique assets by adhering to operating procedures.
7. Operate necessary equipment, including phone systems, cash registers, and computers.
8. Adapt to a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively and adjusting priorities as needed.
9. Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.

1. At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
