1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
2. Engage clients by sharing detailed product stories and expertise.
3. Identify and meet customer expectations, advising on products and add-on sales.

5. Manage client relationships, developing a robust client book.
6. Resolve client issues in collaboration with the management team.
7. Support back-office operations, including product reception and stock updates.
8. Prepare products for delivery, ensuring quality control and packaging standards.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University degree or Fashion school diploma.
3. Fluency in English (C1-C2 level); additional languages are advantageous.
