1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and strong product expertise.
2. Engage clients with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
3. Identify customer expectations and provide tailored advice and add-on sales.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and retail ceremony.
5. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
6. Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service.
7. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
8. Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team.
9. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
10. Prepare deliveries and ensure proper packaging and wrapping of products.

1. Preferred experience of 2-3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.
3. Fluency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the fashion and luxury sector.

University degree or Fashion school degree.
