1. Achieve sales objectives by employing effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
3. Understand and utilize daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
4. Identify customer expectations and provide tailored product advice and add-on sales.
5. Deliver exceptional retail experiences, going above and beyond for customers.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
7. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with top-tier service across all communication channels.
8. Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
9. Resolve client issues in collaboration with the management team to benefit both the business and the client.
10. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates post-sale.
11. Prepare deliveries and ensure products are packaged and wrapped to the highest standards.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.

1. Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level); additional languages are advantageous.
2. Knowledge of Office 360 and basic digital software.
3. Ambition to grow in luxury retail with a positive and kind attitude.
4. Team-oriented with a commitment to learning and flexibility.
5. Strong business acumen with a passion for creativity and fashion.
6. Excellent time management and objective-driven work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
7. Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and an agile mindset.
8. Ability to build lasting relationships through strong communication.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques is required.

University education or a Fashion school degree.
