1. Provide exceptional customer service and care, embodying the role of an Ambassador for Maison Christian Dior.
2. Contribute to brand sales growth by effectively managing client relationships and presenting the brand image.
3. Mentor new team members through training and coaching, ensuring proper induction in collaboration with the boutique managerial team.
4. Build customer loyalty through CRM activities, including contact and information retrieval, follow-up actions, and event support.
5. Ensure a welcoming and client-focused environment, delivering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through digital communication.
6. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues, ensuring solutions benefit both the business and the client.

1. Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.

2. Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software.
