1. Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the brand's standards as an ambassador of Christian Dior.
2. Contribute to the store's sales growth by effectively managing client relationships and promoting the brand's image.
3. Mentor and train new team members in collaboration with the boutique management to ensure proper induction.
4. Build customer loyalty through CRM initiatives, including contact management, follow-up activities, and event support.

6. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues, ensuring mutual benefit for the business and the customer.

1. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Knowledge of selling techniques and digital software, including Office 360.
