1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product stories.
3. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
4. Provide exceptional retail service and go the extra mile for customers.
5. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
6. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment across all communication channels.
7. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
8. Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team.
9. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
10. Prepare deliveries and manage product packaging and wrapping.

1. Legal eligibility to sign a 'Contrato Formativo para la Obtención de la Práctica Profesional'.
2. Preferred experience of 1-2 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Basic knowledge of Office 360 and digital software.
