1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
3. Understand and utilize daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
4. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and retail ceremony.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling.
7. Ensure a welcoming and client-focused environment.
8. Develop local and international client book.
9. Resolve client issues in partnership with management.
10. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
11. Prepare deliveries and product packaging.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University degree or Fashion school diploma.
3. Fluency in English and Chinese.
