1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and product expertise.
2. Engage clients with detailed knowledge and stories of products, enhancing their shopping experience.
3. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable retail experience.
5. Manage customer database and clienteling to foster long-term relationships.
6. Ensure a welcoming environment, offering best-in-class service across all communication channels.
7. Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
8. Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team to benefit both the business and the client.
9. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates post-sales.
10. Prepare deliveries and ensure products are packaged and wrapped to the highest standards.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.
3. Fluency in English (C1-C2), with additional languages as a plus.
