1. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment by offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through e-communication.
2. Assist in developing a local and international Client Book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
3. Learn and share product stories, engaging clients through detailed product knowledge.
4. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively, benefiting both the business and the client.
5. Participate in maintaining the boutique's order through cleaning, reorganizing, and controlling product displays.
6. Support back-office activities, including delivery preparation and product packaging.

1. Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service field.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.
3. Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.

5. Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software knowledge.

Beginner level experience in retail or service fields is preferred.
