1. Support the Store Manager and boutique team in achieving and exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment by offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through e-communication.
3. Assist in developing a local and international client book with the ability to recruit and nurture top clients.
4. Engage clients through product knowledge and storytelling.
5. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively, benefiting both the business and the client.
6. Participate in maintaining the boutique's order through cleaning, reorganizing, and controlling product displays.
7. Perform back-office activities, including preparing deliveries and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

1. Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service field.
2. University education or a fashion school degree.

1. Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are a plus.
2. Basic knowledge of Office 360 and other digital software.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Positive and kind attitude.
5. Team-working capability.
6. Committed, flexible, and eager to learn.

Beginner level experience in retail or service fields is preferred.

University education or a fashion school degree.
