1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through e-communication.
3. Assist in developing a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
4. Engage clients through product knowledge and storytelling.
5. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively.
6. Maintain boutique order through cleaning, reorganizing, and controlling product displays.
7. Support back-office activities, including delivery preparation and product packaging.

1. Interest in retail and/or service industry.
2. University education or fashion school degree.
3. Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.
4. Possession of an Internship Agreement with a university.
