1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through e-communication.
3. Assist in developing a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
4. Engage clients through detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
5. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively, benefiting both the business and the client.
6. Participate in maintaining the boutique's order, including cleaning, reorganizing, and controlling product displays.
7. Support back-office activities, including preparing deliveries and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

1. Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service field.
2. University education or a degree from a fashion school.
3. Must be able to have an Internship Agreement with the University.

1. Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.
2. Basic knowledge of Office 360 and other digital software.
3. Desire to develop a career in luxury retail.
4. Positive and kind attitude.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

7. Gentle communication and behavior with colleagues.
8. Commitment, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

No prior experience required, but interest and preferably some experience in retail or service fields are beneficial.

University education or a fashion school degree.
