1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through e-communication.
3. Assist in developing a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
4. Engage clients through product knowledge and storytelling, enhancing their shopping experience.
5. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively, benefiting both the business and the client.
6. Maintain the boutique's order by cleaning, reorganizing, and managing product displays and fitting rooms.
7. Support back-office activities, including preparing deliveries and managing product packaging and wrapping.

1. Interest and preferably experience in the retail or service industry.
2. University education or a fashion school degree.
3. Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.
