1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
2. Ensure a client-focused environment by offering exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through digital communication.
3. Assist in developing a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
4. Engage clients with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
5. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively.
6. Maintain the boutique's order, including cleaning, reorganizing, and controlling product displays.
7. Perform back-office activities, including preparing deliveries and packaging products.

1. Interest and preferably experience in retail or service fields.
2. University education or a degree from a fashion school.
3. Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.

No prior experience required, but an interest in retail and service is preferred.
