1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
2. Ensure a welcoming and client-focused environment, providing best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Assist in developing a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
4. Engage clients with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
5. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively, ensuring mutual benefit.
6. Maintain the boutique's order through cleaning, reorganizing, and managing product displays.
7. Support back-office activities, including delivery preparation and product packaging.

1. Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service industry.
2. University education or a fashion school degree.
3. Fluency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.
4. Ability to secure an internship agreement with a university.

No prior experience required, but an interest in retail and service is preferred.
