1. Support the Store Manager and boutique team in achieving and exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment by providing best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Assist in developing a local and international client book, with the ability to recruit and nurture top clients.
4. Engage clients with product knowledge and storytelling to enhance their shopping experience.
5. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues, ensuring solutions benefit both the business and the client.
6. Participate in maintaining the boutique's order through cleaning, reorganizing, and controlling product displays.
7. Perform back-office activities, including preparing deliveries and managing essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

1. Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service field.
2. University education or a fashion school degree.
3. Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.
4. Must be able to have an Internship Agreement with the University.
