1. Achieve sales objectives through effective use of sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
3. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and retail ceremony.
5. Manage customer database and clienteling.
6. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service.
7. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
8. Resolve client issues in partnership with management.
9. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
10. Prepare deliveries and essential elements for product packaging.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.
3. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
