1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and strong product expertise.
2. Engage clients with detailed product knowledge, particularly in Ready-to-Wear categories.
3. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and retail ceremony, exceeding customer expectations.
5. Manage customer relationships, ensuring a welcoming and client-focused environment.
6. Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
7. Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team to benefit both the business and clients.
8. Contribute to back-office support, including product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
9. Prepare deliveries and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.
3. Fluency in Chinese (other languages are a plus).
